Absolute prohibition. Any content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited (Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) on child abuse material and state offences), as is human trafficking, slavery and sexual exploitation (Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth); Divisions 270-271 of the Criminal Code), coercion or forced labour. Ads with any indication of this are removed immediately and reported to the authorities, including the AFP and the eSafety Commissioner.

State and territory laws apply. The regulation of adult services differs across Australian states and territories. Advertisers are responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction, including any licensing or advertising requirements. Ads that breach applicable state or territory law are removed.

1. Eligibility and age assurance (18+)

Soodoma is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. By accessing it, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Access is protected by age verification, consistent with our obligations under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).

2. Nature of the service

Soodoma is an adult advertising classifieds platform. We do not broker, employ or contract advertisers; we only host ads submitted by third parties, subject to moderation.

3. Advertiser verification

To post, the advertiser must confirm they are of legal age and submit a government-issued ID and a selfie for verification. Ads are only enabled after approval and go through moderation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Involving, depicting or suggesting anyone under 18;
Human trafficking, slavery or sexual exploitation;
Use of third-party images without authorisation;
Content that breaches applicable state or territory law;
Illegal, violent or non-consensual content;
Fraud, scams or improper advance payments.

5. Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for the content posted and confirms that they hold all rights over the texts and images submitted, with the consent of the people depicted.

6. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any ad, at any time. Reports can be filed on any ad and are handled with priority. See also our removal channel.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles).
