Absolute prohibition. Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly forbidden (the Sexual Offences Act 2010 and the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, on the sexual exploitation of minors), as are human trafficking (Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act 2005), procuring and living on the earnings of prostitution, coercion and forced labour. Ads with any indication of this are removed immediately and reported to the authorities.

No procuring or exploitation. This platform is solely an advertising and companionship listings service. Posting on behalf of third parties to profit from another person's prostitution is not allowed. Ads that involve procuring or exploitation are removed.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Soodoma is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing it, you declare that you are 18 or older. Access is protected by age verification.

2. Nature of the service

Soodoma is an adult classifieds advertising platform. We do not broker, employ or hire advertisers; we only host ads submitted by third parties, subject to moderation.

3. Advertiser verification

To post, the advertiser must confirm they are of legal age and submit an identity document and a selfie for verification. Ads are only enabled after approval and go through moderation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Involving, portraying or suggesting persons who are minors;
Human trafficking, procuring or exploitation of another person's prostitution;
Use of third parties' images without authorisation;
Illegal, violent or non-consensual content;
Fraud, scams or improper upfront charges.

5. Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for the content posted and declares that they hold all rights over the texts and images submitted, with the consent of the persons portrayed.

6. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any ad at any time. Ads can be reported and are handled as a priority. See also our removal channel.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (Data Protection Act 2023).
