Absolute prohibition. Any content involving minors under 18 is strictly prohibited (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 [POCSO]; Sections 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000), as is human trafficking and exploitation (Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 [ITPA]; Section 370 of the IPC), coercion or forced labour. Ads with any indication of this are removed immediately and reported to the authorities.

No solicitation of paid sexual services. Under the ITPA, 1956, solicitation, procuring and living off the earnings of prostitution are offences in India. This platform is an advertising and companionship listings service only. Ads that solicit or offer paid sexual services are not permitted and will be removed.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Soodoma is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. By accessing it, you represent that you are 18 or older. Access is protected by age verification.

2. Nature of the service

Soodoma is an adult advertising classifieds platform. We do not broker, employ or contract advertisers; we only host ads submitted by third parties, subject to moderation. As an intermediary, we act in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable Intermediary Guidelines.

3. Advertiser verification

To post, the advertiser must confirm they are of legal age and submit a government-issued ID and a selfie for verification. Ads are only enabled after approval and go through moderation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Involving, depicting or suggesting minors;
Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or solicitation of paid sexual services;
Use of third-party images without authorisation;
Obscene content in violation of Sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act, 2000;
Illegal, violent or non-consensual content;
Fraud, scams or improper advance payments.

5. Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for the content posted and represents that they hold all rights over the texts and images submitted, with the consent of the people depicted.

6. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any ad, at any time. Reports can be filed on any ad and are handled with priority. See also our removal channel.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
