Absolute prohibition. Any content involving minors under 18 is strictly prohibited (18 U.S.C. 2251 and 2252 on child sexual abuse material), as is human trafficking and sex trafficking (18 U.S.C. 1591; FOSTA-SESTA, 18 U.S.C. 2421A), sexual exploitation, coercion or forced labor. Ads with any indication of this are removed immediately and reported to the authorities, including the NCMEC.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Soodoma is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. By accessing it, you represent that you are 18 or older. Access is protected by age verification.

2. Nature of the service

Soodoma is an adult advertising classifieds platform. We do not broker, employ or contract advertisers; we only host ads submitted by third parties, subject to moderation. As an interactive computer service, we rely on applicable protections under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, except as limited by FOSTA-SESTA.

3. Advertiser verification and records

To post, the advertiser must confirm they are of legal age and submit a government-issued ID and a selfie for verification. Where applicable, records required under 18 U.S.C. 2257 are maintained. Ads are only enabled after approval and go through moderation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Involving, depicting or suggesting minors;
Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or solicitation;
Use of third-party images without authorization;
Illegal, violent or non-consensual content;
Fraud, scams or improper advance payments.

5. Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for the content posted and represents that they hold all rights over the texts and images submitted, with the consent of the people depicted.

6. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any ad, at any time. Reports can be filed on any ad and are handled with priority. See also our removal channel.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (including CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents).
